We understand that unexpected situations can arise and plans may need to change. However, as with any professional service, we enforce a cancellation policy to respect the time reserved for both our talent and our team.
Once an appointment has been confirmed, the following cancellation fees will apply based on the total appointment cost:
25% Cancellation Fee – If canceled 7 or more days before the scheduled appointment.
50% Cancellation Fee – If canceled within 3 days of the scheduled appointment.
100% of the Appointment Cost – If canceled on the same day as the scheduled appointment.
Once your appointment is confirmed, the model has reserved that time exclusively for you, making it unavailable to other clients. These fees help compensate for the reserved time and the coordination involved in arranging your appointment.
